The mission of CxHabitat LLC is to create a collection of permanent dwellings, manufactured at large scale and with high quality standards, that are environmentally sustainable, technologically up-to-date, earthquake and hurricane resistant, easily transportable, aesthetically pleasing, quickly ready to move-in, and widely affordable.

Vision

CxHabitat’s goal is to provide every family with a high-quality dwelling at an affordable price. Our strategy is to develop industrial plants in every continent and continually offer technical assistance and updated designs based on the newest research. At the same time, we will meet the demands of a high-end market with a sophisticated product line. The versatility of our designs and construction materials will address the needs of users in fields as diverse as industry, health services, education, and the military. Our long-term vision is based on constant innovation in all areas: models, materials, furnishings, ecological advances, and fabrication processes.
