Who we are
In September 2008, four engineering and architecture professionals with over one hundred years of collective experience in the construction industry decided to join efforts to develop a high-technology, permanent dwelling with the following characteristics:

We knew about the practically unlimited¹ potential market and it was evident to us that no available construction method was capable of satisfying it in quantity, quality or price.
Developing the CxHabitat required extensive research, thousands of hours of model design and calculations, arduous physical shop work in the construction of a prototype, and meticulous labor (both legally and technically) in the processing and securing of patents. The now internationally patented product is ready for industrialization and it will become a landmark in the market, not only from the construction and financial perspective, but especially for its potential to diminish the world’s growing housing deficit. The CxHabitat will be a key solution to the severe housing deficit worldwide.
